POSITION : Key Account Manager – International Business (Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager)
Job Context:
eGeneration PLC is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Key Account Manager to spearhead our global sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and expanding international business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Job Description:
- Identify and pursue new international business opportunities in target markets.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and inquiries.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Develop customized proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, forecasts, and market intelligence.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in international sales or business development in the software or IT industry.
- Must have exceptional proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of international markets.
- Exceptional negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Educational Requirements:
Graduation from any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
2-6 years of experience in International Sales.
