POSITION : Assistant Manager / Senior Technology Specialist
Job Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the implementation team to ensure successful deployment of network, system, and server solutions.
- Provide technical support to customers during the implementation phase, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Conduct training sessions for customers to ensure proper usage and maintenance of deployed solutions.
- Serve as a technical escalation point for resolving complex issues and challenges faced by customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, including solution design, and technical documentation.
- Provide technical expertise during sales meetings and discussions with customers.
- Conduct product evaluations and proof-of-concepts to showcase the capabilities of our solutions.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Experience with server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, etc).
- Experience with DC Passive Infrastructure and MDC
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and support.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, RHCE, VMware Certified Professional) are advantageous.
Educational Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience Requirement :
- 4+ years of experience in network engineering, system administration, or server management
