POSITION : Consultant (IT Business Development & Strategy)
Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Consultant who thrives in a high-ambiguity environment and brings a structured, problem-solving mindset to every challenge. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in management consulting with exposure to strategic and operational transformations.
You will work closely with our clients to optimize processes, products, and services while leveraging emerging digital technologies. Your ability to understand compliance procedures and policies for financial institutions or wealth management firms is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement and Service Excellence:
• Lead and deliver large, complex client engagements, developing and implementing creative business and technology solutions .
• Identify key client business challenges, evaluate needs, and develop tailored recommendations using innovative tools and assessment techniques.
• Oversee quality deliverables, manage teams, and build strong day-to-day relationships with clients to ensure exceptional performance. - Strategic and Operational Consulting:
• Work with clients to optimize processes, products, and services through operational, digital, or strategic transformations.
• Leverage a deep understanding of emerging digital technologies and their impact on business models.
• Provide insights on compliance procedures and policies for clients. - Business Development and Thought Leadership:
• Participate in the development and presentation of proposals to support business development activities.
• Deliver presentations and insights with excellence using PowerPoint and other tools to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. - Project Management and Methodologies:
• Develop customer journeys and support agile and Scrum project management methodologies to drive successful outcomes.
• Apply data analytics and financial modeling skills to inform client strategies and decisionmaking
Qualifications and Skills:
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Consulting, Business Development, or Strategy roles.
• Proven experience of leading large, complex client engagements in developing and growing consultancy practices.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute operationally.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, including PowerPoint proficiency.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with compliance procedures for financial institutions or wealth management firms.
• Experience in digital technologies and their applications in transforming business models.
• Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
• Data analytics and financial modelling expertise.
• Ability to design and implement customer journeys.

Educational Requirements:
