Md. Fahim Ur Rahman has joined as Head of Human Resources at eGeneration Ltd. On 8th October, 2023.

His career journey is marked by significant contributions to HR excellence, and he has 15 years of proven track record working in various key roles in reputable organizations.

Prior to joining us, Mr. Fahim worked at Genex Infosys Ltd. as Senior Manager HR, at Rangs Petroleum Ltd. As HR Lead, At Bashundhara Group as HR Business Partner, at Confidence Group as HR Executive.

Mr. Rahman’s HR expertise spans various areas, including talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and organizational development. His deep understanding of HR best practices and his commitment to fostering a positive work culture position him to lead eGeneration in enhancing HR practices that focus on the company’s core values.
