POSITION : Manager / Deputy Manager – Pre-Sales (Network & Security)
Job Description:
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to conduct customer visits for in-depth analysis of customer requirements, solution presentations, scope finalization, solution design, and preparing BOQ.
- Take necessary initiatives for Proof of Concepts (PoC) or any other technical support necessary to build customer confidence.
- Assist in writing proposals, review tender documents (RFI, RFQ, TOR), and prepare technical proposals for various bids.
- Build strategic relationships with various OEMs to effectively generate and manage business.
- Establish and maintain strong customer engagement as a trusted advisor to understand their pain points and current business needs, and design/position optimum products & services.
- Continuously engage in the learning process to acquire more product information, OEM rebate policies, OEM discounts, etc.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing.
- Experience with server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, Red Hat, Microsoft, Oracle, Huawei, Fortinet) are preferred.
- Self-learning ability and staying updated on new trends and technologies.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
Educational Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience Requirement :
- Minimum 04 years of experience in network infrastructure/data center projects in pre-sales and post-sales roles.
