Job Description :
Lead and manage Android/ios team
End-to-end Android/ios application development
Coach and develop team members on the development of high-quality code and applications.
Perform regular design and code reviews with development team members to confirm use of best practices and identify opportunities for one-to-one mentoring and development.
Lead technical architecture, coding standards, and other team policies
Assist with interviewing and attracting new talent to Organization
Manage individual team members, both junior and senior, encouraging their professional growth and maximizing their potential contributions
Accountable for the team’s performance, work satisfaction and growth
This is a hands-on role where the role will be coding alongside the team.
Lead the cross functional team and be the main point of contact for the project
Guide talented mobile team helping them to define the products, make key technical decisions and organize and inspire the team to work effectively together.
Job Requirements
Education :
Bachelor’s in computer science engineering from any reputed University of Bangladesh.
Experience requirement :
Minimum 10 Yrs. Mobile App Development Experience
Additional Requirements:
- Provide oversight or participated in mobile development projects on Android or iOS platforms.
- Development experience with REST services integration, Java, Swift.
- Knowledge of mobile development allows you to provide solutions considering both Android and iOS.
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
