POSITION : SITE PROJECT MANAGER

Job Summary :
To plan and oversee projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget, also plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.
Job Description :
Receives client’s support requests and complaints through the phone, online or directly face to face.
Provides support, identifies problems’ root causes and provides solutions accordingly.
Keeps a record of each support and complaint details after providing solutions.
Resolves hardware, software and connectivity problems and determines the source of computer problems and provides solutions accordingly.
Repairing and recovering hardware or software failures and simultaneously coordinating and communicating with concerned authorities.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
Job Requirements
Education :
Bachelor’s in computer science engineering from any reputed University of Bangladesh.
Experience requirement :
3 to 5 Yrs. Healthcare experience advantage
Skills / Certification :
PMP, Manage Infrastructure Projects, Low Current Projects, Background in Network and Security; Background in passive & active network.
