Built around the live operation

We built campus systems so each role gets a clear path: enrolment, teaching, and learning on one set of records.

Implemented student information and eLearning as one product family, not two disconnected sites.
Designed screens around term calendars, cohorts, and the work each role actually does.
Migrated records in phases so a semester did not start on a half-cutover.
