What was in the way

Records lived in different systems at each facility. Clinicians waited on retrieval, and interoperability stopped at the site boundary.

Patient history was split across hospitals, so a transfer meant paper, calls, and delay.
Clinical workflow had been forced around generic software instead of the other way around.
Patient-data protection had to hold for a network, not a single clinic.

What we did

We designed HMIS and clinical tools around how wards and clinics actually work, then connected sites so a record follows the patient.

Rolled out hospital and clinic software including electronic records and operations tools used in daily clinical workflow.
Added AI-assisted decision support where it reduced manual chart review, not as a separate dashboard nobody opens.
Built interoperability and access control so sites share what they must and nothing they must not.
