The constraint

What was in the way

Plants, suppliers, and finance each had a partial view. A full ERP rewrite in one night was not an option because the line could not stop.

  • Shop-floor and inventory data did not reach head office in time to plan.
  • Existing ERP covered some entities and left others on spreadsheets.
  • Cutover had to happen beside live production, not instead of it.

What we did

Built around the live operation

We extended ERP, added shop-floor and inventory apps, and staged the cutover so each plant moved when it was ready.

  • Mapped current processes first, then configured and built around how the plants actually run.
  • Connected IoT and analytics so operations could see the line without a separate reporting project.
  • Used a phased go-live so production did not freeze while systems switched.
